Co999 reserves the right to decline any registration request without providing a reason. Certain features may be restricted until account verification is complete.

3Deposit & Payment Policy

The following rules apply when making deposits on co999:

• Minimum deposit: BDT 200 (two hundred taka). Amounts below this are not accepted.
• Accepted Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other methods approved by co999.
• Deposits are usually processed instantly. In some cases, there may be a slight delay due to verification.
• You must use a payment method registered in your own name. Using another person's payment account is prohibited.
• Co999 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Unusual or suspicious transactions may be temporarily held for verification.

Co999 complies with anti-money laundering policies. Any suspicious financial activity will be subject to account investigation, and the relevant authorities will be notified if necessary.

4Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions must be met to withdraw winnings from co999:

• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 12–48 hours.
• Account KYC (identity verification) must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the specified wagering requirements must be met.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• If suspicious activity is detected, co999 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and conduct an investigation.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

Co999 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which must be read before claiming.

• Welcome Bonus: Applies to new members on their first deposit. Available once only.
• Wagering Requirements: To withdraw a bonus amount, you must wager it a set number of times (typically 15x–30x).
• Each bonus offer has a set expiry period. Once expired, the bonus is automatically cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Co999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

6Gaming Rules

The following rules apply at all times when playing on co999:

• Each game has its own rules. We recommend reading the rules before starting a game.

• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, bets placed in that round will be refunded.
• Co999 reserves the right to change odds in Sports Betting. If an event is cancelled, bets will be refunded.
• In live games, the dealer's or game host's decision is final.
• Hacking or using automation tools on the gaming software is strictly prohibited.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on co999 and may result in account termination:

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses
• Registering using a fake or another person's identity
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions
• Attempting to manipulate or hack the gaming software in any way
• Behaving disrespectfully toward co999 staff
• Deliberately disrupting another user's gaming experience
• Using automated bots or scripts to play games
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage

If any of the above activities are detected, co999 may immediately suspend or permanently close the account, and any associated balance may be forfeited.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Co999 may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• For violations of terms and conditions
• For failure to provide information requested for verification
• If your account has been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months)
• If financial fraud is suspected
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion)

You may close your co999 account at any time. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any available balance before closure, unless the account is being closed due to fraud.

9Limitation of Liability

Co999 is not liable for the following:

• For disruptions to your gaming experience caused by technical issues or internet disconnection
• For losses caused by issues with the user's own device or connection
• For delays or issues caused by third-party payment services
• If account details are compromised due to the user's own negligence

• Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
